A rare treat on 12th Ave, The Trace Lofts. Since I started in real estate a few years ago I have been waiting for something to come on the market in the Trace Lofts. I have heard many times from my teammates at Team Diva nothing but amazing praises about Trace lofts. I have long been a fan of its sister building, Trace North located next door so I was expecting nothing but excellence here and I was not disappointed.
Shawna Ader and Heather Berger of Windermere Real Estate have taken us straight to bed with their sexy listing on the fourth floor. This is one of those units that immediatly gave me the “Wow Factor” when I walked through the door. As you can imagine I see tons of fabulous condos every week. This however is one of those special units that I could easily see myself calling home.
The kitchen is beautifully laid out and ready to for you to handle preparation for any type of meal. Easily prepare tasty cuisine with that special someone and create those tender memories that you will look back on and cherish for a lifetime. Then transition yourself to the living area and enjoy the warmth and light provided by the large windows with southern exposure. The wood planked ceiling and crossbeams give the entire unit that extra touch of comfy, cozy, warm bliss.
Hands down my favorite thing about this unit is the bedroom. It in itself is super spacious, but what makes me really drool is the closet space. When I rolled back that beautiful barn door to the closet I must admit it made me a little giddy. There is so much space you will have to go on a shopping spree to fill all the little nooks contained within. Even more convenient is the laundry located in the other half of the closet, so no hauling clothing and linens through the living areas.
Whether you are cozying up with your morning tea, or sipping your evening wine, taking time to relax yourself on private cafe like patio deck will put you in perfect zen. You will love sitting out there for hours taking in the panoramic views of First Hill or on a clear day catching the majesty of Mt Rainier. As an added bonus you can gander right on down to the patio at Pony Bar where there is always something entertaining going on. When you have just a few more friends over then expected just pop up one flight of stairs to the rooftop deck. Grill, drink, and be merry all while appreciating your neighborhood from above.
What makes any home perfection is the location, located on 12th and Madison you will find yourself right in the mix of all the greatness that is Capitol Hill. Fantastic restaurants like Barrio, La Spiga and the soon to re-open Boom Noodle are just steps away. One of my favorite bars Tavern Law is located on street level to keep you hydrated. While you are there try and check out Needle and Thread where there is no menu, you just tell the bartender what flavors you like and they skillfully make you a magical and delicious concoction.
Unit 406 at the Trace Lofts has definitely lived up to my expectations. If you would like more information about this unit feel free to give me a call and I can help you find a way to make this your new digs!
